Thanks to the resurgence of American flower farmers, the drive to extend our flower seasons has encouraged better flower drying. There are SO many beautiful flowers that can be grown specifically for drying. Looking at you statice and strawflower! But when cut at the appropriate time, a majority of your garden flowers can be preserved and enjoyed during the cold and gray days of winter.
